- I obtain your brief. I will send you a questionnaire, which has the dual purpose of helping you to focus on exactly what you want, and of making sure I receive the information I need. Alternatively – if you are local – we can meet to discuss the details.
- I write your text, including the use of appropriate words and phrases for Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), if appropriate.

If English isn’t your first language, or if writing just isn’t your strong point, employing a copywriter will be particularly helpful. Let me put it another way. If my house needed re wiring I wouldn’t attempt to do it myself because I’m not a qualified electrician. I would call in an expert!
